In real estate, object cards are not promoted. Therefore, the site has a small number of commercial pages.
A small percentage of people search for "buy a studio apartment in Alanya with sea view", and for high-frequency queries, for example, "buy an apartment in Alanya" it is difficult to reach the top because of the high level of competition.
Previously, the client worked with a marketing agency, which was a monopolist in the real estate market in Turkey. They stopped the cooperation because the client was not satisfied with the process of interaction. There was not much of it. The company received reports that all indicators were growing, but the number of applications did not increase.
Semantic kernel
At the first stage prepared the semantic core. That is, collected queries for which users
are looking for the site.
Total came out about 1000 keys for promotion. On the basis of

developed the structure of the site.
Previously, when a client visited a real estate page and selected parameters in the
filter (for example, region), a new temporary page with offers was created. But there
was actually no such page on the site.
We changed this. Now the pages with filtered offers became static, but nothing changed
for the user.

Competitive analysis
Analyzed the competitors that rank at the top of the list for the queries we tracked. We studied their sites, functionality, assessed visibility, trust, possible problems and page count.

The texts on the pages were over-optimized, i.e. contained a lot of keys.
Because of
this, the site could fall under the filter of search engines. That's why we rewrote them
and added new ones for some pages.
We also created texts for SEO-filters.

Analyzing the link profile
We studied the link profile of competitors. The client's site had a smaller volume of links, so we made a plan to build them up. Now we get free links from blogs, ratings, catalogs and other resources. After that we will move on to building paid links.
While working on the project, we needed to make changes to the site's meta tags, but we encountered a problem: the changes were not saved. The site was automatically restoring the old version of the code. Our programmers discovered that the site code was being pulled from the GIT system.
It turned out that the previous contractors had not given all access to the site. But our team was able to restore access to GIT on their own and regain control over the site.
As Within the framework of the project on promotion of Turkish real estate agency and technical support of their website a number of key tasks were performed: collection of semantics, implementation of SEO-filter, competitive analysis, technical audit and content optimization. All this helped to increase the number of visitors to the site by 16 times and raise the site in the Top 10 search results for many queries. We also solved technical problems of the site and regained control over its management system.
